Entering grades on gradebook

[Home | Gradebook | Setting grade weights | Gradebook options | Edit/Delete grades]


You may enter grades three ways:

  1. By entering them on the gray blank column next to student names

  2. By clicking on "New Grade" button on the gradebook above the blank column

  3. By uploading from Excel sheet.

To enter grades on the gradebook, follow the steps below:

 

Step 1: Click on Grade Book on the menu.

 

 

Step 2: Click on a subject name.

 

 

Step 3: Click on the New Grade button.

 

 

Step 4: Select the Sub-Subject (if it shows on the form).

 

 

Step 5: Enter the assignment or test name.

 

 

Step 6: Select the Category from the drop-down list.

 

 

Step 7: Enter the Total Score or Full Score.

 

 

Step 8: Enter the scores and select comments from popup menu. You may press the down arrow or return key to move to the next student and enter score.

 

 

Step 9: Click on the Submit button.

 

 

Step 10: The entered grade will appear on the gradebook.
