You may enter attendance online on the Online School System, as well as offline on MS Excel.
How to view Attendance Records
To post Attendance, follow the steps below: Step 1: Click on Attendance on the menu.
Step 2: Choose the Term from the drop down list.
Step 3: Click on the Date you want to enter attendance for, on the Attendance page.
Step 4: Select the Course from drop down list.
Step 5: Select the first row to select all students.
Step 6: Then select those who are absent, tardy or other.
Step 7: You may also select the reason for absence or tardiness.
Step 8: Save attendance by clicking on Save button.
Step 9: You will see a prompt that attendance is saved. Click on Ok button.
